I understand that the Petite Art party rate is $450.00 for a 1.5-hour party, accommodating up to the maximum number of guests allowed based on the child’s age and party structure (12 guests for 6yr. old birthdays and older, 10 guests for 4 or 5yr. old birthdays, or 8 children for non-drop-off with one parent/guardian staying per child). This includes the use of the space and pre-selected art materials, plus a teacher assistant who will help lead the activities and help you with the pre-party setup and post-party cleanup. Each guest will also receive a party favor that includes a Petite Art sketchbook, mini colored pencil set, and a Petite Art gift certificate.
Guest Capacity & Party Structure

I understand that the Studio can accommodate:
A maximum of 12 guests for drop-off birthday parties for children celebrating their 6th birthday and older.
A maximum of 10 guests for a drop-off party for children celebrating their 4th or 5th birthday.
A maximum of 8 children if the party is not a drop-off, with one accompanying parent/guardian per child.
Parents/Guardians of Guests

I understand that due to limited studio space, parents are expected to drop off their children unless otherwise specified. For non-drop-off parties, only one parent/guardian per child may stay. Please inform your party guests of these guidelines in advance.
Additional Time
*
I understand that each additional half hour following the allotted 1.5-hour time of the party is an additional $50.00.
Art Materials
*
I understand that the art materials and activity will be pre-selected prior to the party. Once selected, the materials cannot be changed within one week of the party date.
Payment
*
I understand that all payments are due at the close of the birthday party. The price of the party is subject to change based on additional time.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
*
I understand that if I need to cancel or reschedule my party, I must do so at least 10 days in advance. If rescheduled within 10 days, a $50 fee will apply. If I cancel within 10 days, I will receive a refund, excluding the deposit. I also understand that no rescheduling fee will apply in cases of extreme weather.
Studio Waivers

I understand that each guest needs to complete a Petite Art Studio waiver form prior to the party in order to participate.
Safety Guidelines

I understand that each party guest will be expected to follow the Studio Expectations, and I will assist in managing the behavior of my party guests, if needed.
Release
*
By checking this box, I agree to follow the Petite Art Studio Party Policies. I also take full responsibility for any risks, including food allergies, for my child and all party guests. I release Petite Art Studio, its staff, other participants, and sponsors from any claims, injuries, or damages related to the party. This agreement applies to me, my family, and guests and is binding on my heirs and representatives. Petite Art Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items, including those in the waiting area. Pricing and policies may change.

POLICIES & FINE PRINT -Party date reservation occurs when a deposit of $100 is paid. - If you need to cancel or reschedule your party, please do so at least 10 days in advance. We will do the best we can to accommodate your scheduling needs. -If the event is rescheduled within 10 days of your event, we charge a $50 rescheduling fee. -If you need to cancel your party within 10 days of your party, we're happy to refund everything except your deposit. -If the event is rescheduled due to extreme weather circumstances, no rescheduling fee will apply.
